We are in network for many Florida insurance policies, please contact us for the most up to date information. 

For "out of network" insurance policies, you may pay out of pocket and be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company by submitting our receipt, called a "superbill". This is not guaranteed

A credit card will be held on file at patient intake. Please see payment policy and credit card on file policy.
